This unfocused but pretty little lady is Carli. We worked together in Chicago at Nelson Cash, one of the many small boutique design agencies that are scattered throughout the city. I got the pleasure to sit right next to her giggling and sharing fun hand-drawn ideas. She has an amazing talent in design, illustration and hand-lettering. I've never met anyone else than can rock a beret quite as fierce as Carli.
